Stayed here in January this year. It's a wonderful boutique hotel. Restaurants on the first floor and on the fourth floor with a lovely view. There's a spa inside the hotel, and the massages were fantastic. It's right in the centre of the city, and there are a variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The Mekong River was just a few streets away.
