We find a very good hotel in Amaya Hills. It's in a beautiful place with amazing views around the hills. It's a bit out of central Kandy, but there's a lot of auto-rickshaws and taxis available. Breakfast is very varied and the evening dinner offers a large choice of buffet or a la carte, at a decent but not cheap price.
