It is situated beside the golf area and the golf club in a very nice and quiet park because it is too far to walk to Taungyi, it is important to note that they have a good restaurant in the hotel. Their food is good and they have quite a nice selection of different meals (asian and western). They also arrange taxis for guest who wants to go to taungyi. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
