The hotel is modern and clean, and the rooms are comfortable and of a decent size. The bathroom was a little tiny but really clean. The hotel is conveniently situated 3 blocks from Tenjin Metro Station and a 10-minute walk from Canal Center. Breakfast was great, one of the best breakfast buffets I've found in Japan.
