The NagaWorld Hotel is our favorite Phnom Penh hotel. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are always in top form. Buffet breakfast provides a mix of Western and Khmer dishes, so you're spoil for options. The casino downstairs is always packed, and even non-hotel guests are coming to try their luck.
