The room was big for Japan standards, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed & had all the basic amenities. Has good bathroom with decent water pressure. Both check in & out was smooth, staff was friendly & helpful. The location is not the most ideal but acceptable if you don't mind walking to the subway. There are a few nice coffee shops & restaurants close by
