Easy and speedy communication. Credit Card fee and 'administrative fees' for booking modification is a bit on the high side but you know you get the job done.

It was my one and only time I have used Golfsavers but it had worked well without a hitch. I will definitely use it again the next time.

Excuse this for the edit but I was getting confused with the prices of the package deals and tried to get the chat line to help me out but thanks to the boss who responded to my post he gave me a fantastic answer, and has cleared things up on the website, my issue was when it mentioned the price including Accomodation, I was trying to find out what hotel I had to pick but wasn't getting a straight answer, so I picked one of the three I saw listed and the price came a lot higher, now all make sense and shows great customer service, thanks a lot, 5 stars

Very nice customer support! named Peer! First I was doubting if it is proper argent or not, but I have came to get confidence of using golfsavers after exchanging some e-mails with customer support at quick response. Good and reliable support.

You guys are great on line. It would have been a lot better if the driver ferrying us spoke some english. ( we had to use a translation app) ragrds!

Using for arrange playing golf for friends come from Japan. No need to speak English so anyone can use who can not speak. Price is also better than other.

atcually i functioned which is the good part, but no water, no cool towels no extra service - not that i need it but the others suppliers bring that. we even got picked up in a very old an dirty (inside) Taxi hmmm i go for the other supplier next time -with water -with cool towels -with the extra little something that makes u feel apriciated. thanks
