great customer service! the reservation was very easy with them . I will use again

The only reason i gave 4 stars is because I use 'golfnow' booking site in Canada and they have tee times I can choose from immediately when booking. I don't need to select a range that is acceptable (earliest tee time to latest tee time) and wait for confirmation. So that is something golfsavers can do to make booking more seamless. Besides that, everything worked out fine and would use site again when booking in Asia. Oh yeah, and need to have more details about courses 'practice facilities.' I prefer courses with driving ranges and will make decision based on that but 'practice facilities' does not always mean they have a driving range so I need to go to each course website which is time consuming or call the course but can be difficult because they don't always speak English. Dont need to list all the practice facilities, just say if there is driving range or not cause that one I think is very important for golfers.

Prompt reply to all queries. Quotation was very detail covering all required information. Administration at the golf courses was thorough requiring very little coordination. Documentation was great.
